Is there a fee for estimates?

On-site estimate fees may apply: $100 within Huntsville town limits, $200 outside of Huntsville town limits. This fee is credited if the project proceeds with Dyson Contracting. Exact boundaries are determined by Dyson Contracting. Kitchen design fees may also apply.

How does billing work?

A 50% deposit (including HST) is due at estimate signing to secure your project on our schedule. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Late payments are subject to 2% per month after 30 days. All prices are estimates only, subject to market conditions, site conditions, and subject to change without notice.
